Digital Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Identifying customer needs and recommending improvements to existing products based on research findings
• Taking part in requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
• Overseeing the development of new products from concept to launch, including working with designers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Supporting the development of a digital product (or a suite of such products)
• Analyzing the market to make sure the product continues to offer advantages over its competitors
• Working with sales and marketing teams to develop positioning and messaging and ensure differentiation from competitors
• Developing business models and monetization strategy for the digital products and services
• Managing the product backlog and keeping it updated to manage customers' expectations
• Exploring customers’ requirements in digital banking sector
• Taking part in making legal acts for new products
