Business Process Optimization Specialist

Responsibilities

• Discover and map end-to-end banking workflows by collaborating with business units, branches, and operational teams.
• Build and maintain a centralized, enterprise-wide process inventory as a single source of truth for the Bank's business processes.
• Analyze operational data using process mining and process intelligence techniques to identify bottlenecks, compliance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Model current- and target-state processes using standardized BPMN 2.0 diagrams that are clear to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Redesign and optimize workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and business value before implementing automation initiatives.
• Translate optimization opportunities into clear business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technology teams.
• Collaborate with RPA, AI/ML, Software Development and other technical teams to implement, test, and validate digital solutions.
• Define process performance indicators (KPIs) to track, measure, and report the impact and benefits of optimized processes.
