As the Finance Business Partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll be a trusted advisor to C-suite leadership — bringing expertise in managing resources and growing the business to achieve company goals. You’ll be instrumental in optimizing go-to-market, sales, and revenue-generating initiatives, evaluating performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for sales and go-to-market activities.
- Develop financial models that guide strategic decision-making on key P&L drivers, including where incremental investments will have the greatest impact.
- Work closely with Sales and Product to assess the impact of incentives, promotions, and pricing changes on revenue.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly forecasting, reporting, and spend management, providing recommendations to optimize against budget.
- Analyze and synthesize financial results and communicate key insights to internal stakeholders.
- Support the business in planning, and help develop team targets and OKRs.
- In order to be successful, you must bring
- 8+ years of FP&A experience.
- Preferred experience in a public company and/or marketplace environment.
- Experience working with Business Development and Sales teams.
