We're looking for a Design Lead to join our hybrid Brussels team. We’re looking for a design leader with deep expertise in brand and digital design, someone who pulls the best work out of the people around them.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives
- Collaborate with strategists, developers, 3D artists, motion designers and copywriters to bring ideas to life
- Present and defend design decisions with clients and stakeholders
- Build out UI, brand and design system standards across web, mobile and immersive projects
- Run design reviews to keep quality and creativity high across the team's output
- Run pitches for new business
- Inspire peers by sharing trends, proposing sessions and advocating design culture
