As our Senior Product Designer (Growth), you will own design across the surfaces that shape how users onboard, activate, convert, and grow with beehiiv — onboarding, activation, conversion, expansion, and retention. You’ll start by taking over our early onboarding journeys, bringing a fresh, experimentation-first lens to some of the highest-leverage moments in the user journey.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design across onboarding, activation, upsells, expansion & churn — the surfaces most directly tied to conversion and retention
- Partner with Product and Growth to turn user research, support signals, and product data into design hypotheses, then design and ship experiments to test them
- Collaborate directly with engineering to scope design lift accurately and ship iteratively rather than waiting for “perfect”
