Responsibilities

Design scalable full stack architectures using .NET, Azure and React
Own technical delivery of user stories from estimation through implementation and deployment
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Create and maintain technical artifacts and documentation supporting solution design and development
Guide and mentor engineers throughout the software development lifecycle
Integrate AI-native practices into the software development lifecycle
Implement agentic solutions using Microsoft AI tools
Develop and maintain backend systems, including SQL-based data solutions
Utilize Microsoft Azure services such as Functions and Durable Functions to build cloud-based solutions
