Senior Business Technology Product Manager- Supply Chain Planning

Responsibilities

• Drive the multi-year product vision, strategy, target-state architecture, roadmap, and investment priorities for Supply Chain technology capabilities
• Lead product strategy across a portfolio of enterprise supply chain systems, balancing business outcomes, customer needs, technical feasibility, scalability, and long-term value
• Identify systemic operational friction and translate business challenges into scalable product, platform, automation, and AI solutions
• Own a functional portfolio spanning planning, procurement, order management, fulfillment, and reverse logistics
• Analyze current-state processes, identify root causes, and design future-state operating models and workflows
• Translate complex supply chain processes into scalable product capabilities, user journeys, system requirements, and integration patterns
• Drive modernization from fragmented tools and manual processes toward connected, intelligent supply chain platforms
• Partner with business teams to redesign processes where technology, automation, and AI can unlock significant operational leverage
• Lead technology evaluations, vendor assessments, and build-vs-buy decisions
• Drive simplification of application landscapes, reduction of technical complexity, and creation of reusable capabilities
