Responsibilities

  • Customer service in accordance with company standards.
  • Consulting and sales to customers on the core product range and 3PP accessories.
  • Handling inbound calls.
  • Informing customers about promotions and loyalty programs.
  • Processes
  • Opening and closing the store.
  • Registration of loans, repayments, benefits and insurance
  • Installation of protective glass
  • Carrying out trade transactions in the relevant software
  • Working with the cash register and maintaining cash discipline
