As the Product Marketing Lead for Stablecoins, you'll shape how we position and take to market Paxos' issuance capabilities and stablecoins. You'll own the go-to-market strategy for our issuance platform, working closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to drive adoption of our assets including USDG and more to customers across exchanges, fintech, payments, defi, banking and many more.
Responsibilities
- Drive the product marketing strategy for Paxos' stablecoin offerings, including positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis
- Partner with product teams to shape roadmap priorities based on market insights and customer feedback
- Develop compelling sales enablement materials and train sales teams on effectively positioning our stablecoins and issuance capabilities
- Lead product launches from start to finish, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring successful execution
- Create thought leadership content that establishes Paxos as the leader in blockchain infrastructure
- Build deep understanding of customer needs and translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions
