We are looking for an experienced SAP Commerce Cloud Team Lead to join a cloud-based solution project where you will play a key role in driving technical discussions and leading the development of an MVP. This is a collaborative, client-facing engagement requiring daily interaction with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical solutions for the implementation of project designs
- Offer technical leadership and guidance to the development team
- Lead and drive technical discussions with both internal and client-facing stakeholders
- Collaborate with other development streams and build engineers to ensure seamless delivery
- Identify areas of improvement across processes, code, and team performance
- Coach, mentor, and monitor the knowledge growth of team members
- Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high code quality and reusability standards
