Salesforce Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high quality and on-schedule implementation
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining strong relationships and clear, consistent communication
• Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and alignment with delivery goals
• Facilitate team and client meetings to gather requirements, track progress, and resolve blockers
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and technical teams to translate business needs into effective, scalable solutions
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, coordinating with teams to resolve escalations and maintain project stability
• Apply Salesforce best practices and project management methodologies across all client engagements
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure solution integrity
• Understand and guide architectural decisions across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Establish and manage CI/CD processes within the Salesforce environment, with awareness of different strategies and their trade-offs
