Travel Coordinator

Responsibilities

• We’re creating OneState, a unique mobile Social RolePlay game built in Unity. Our art team is facing ambitious challenges as we develop the project with a realistic approach and high standards for visual quality and technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience in travel coordination, travel support, or corporate travel management.
• Proactive mindset (anticipating risks rather than simply putting out fires) and the ability to manage workflows autonomously without constant supervision.
• Manage business travel end-to-end (from initial request to post-trip wrap-up): select flights/trains, book hotels and transfers, design optimal itineraries, and keep travelers informed.
• Collaborate with hub coordinators to plan offsites and team gatherings (you handle logistics and tickets; the local coordinator handles venues and social activities).
• Arrange travel to cities without local offices through partner travel agencies.
