We are on the lookout for a CRM Automation Manager to join our CRM Team. As a CRM Automation Manager, you’ll design and optimize automated communication journeys across the entire customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Automation Flows
- Design, build, and optimize automated communication flows across the customer lifecycle, from registration to churn prevention and reactivation.
- Onboarding Journeys
- Develop onboarding and welcome journeys across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
- Reactivation
- Create and manage reactivation campaigns and automated flows for different stages of the customer lifecycle.
- A/B Testing: Run A/B tests to improve funnel conversion rates and reactivation performance.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign results, build dashboards, and automate reporting and trigger logic.
