We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team in Nicosia, Cyprus, in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will act as the bridge between data science experimentation and enterprise-grade production systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI workflows combining models, enterprise data, tools and business logic
- Develop and maintain prompt engineering strategies, including testing and optimization
- Implement orchestration layers for multi-step reasoning, decisioning and action execution
- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems, APIs and user interfaces
- Apply guardrails to ensure explainable, safe, and compliant AI behavior
- Build and maintain production-grade AI deployment pipelines ensuring reliability and scalability
- Implement observability for AI systems focusing on usage, performance and drift monitoring
- Ensure operational excellence through versioning, rollback, release management and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with data scientists, actuaries and business stakeholders to validate model outputs
