We are looking for a friendly, responsible, customer-oriented and detail oriented Sales Assistant to join our curtain store team. The candidate should have a good sense of style, an interest in interior design, and the ability to help customers make confident decisions while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assiste customers in warm and professional manner.
- Provide product information and pricing.
- Mesure windows and explain sizing.
- Stay informed about product ranges, design trends and promotions.
- Handle customer questions and resolve minor complaints professionally.
- Assist in managing the store’s social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
