Responsibilities

Demonstrate Solutions
Deliver engaging product demonstrations for Parchment’s suite of services across all verticals, including Higher Ed and K-12.
Customer Discovery: Engage with prospective customers to identify their goals and challenges, mapping needs to the appropriate Parchment solution.
Technical Leadership: Guide in-depth technical discussions with IT professionals about platform architecture, web services (REST/JSON), and systems integration.
Solution Architecture
Identify or design effective solutions for unique technical requirements, providing consultative recommendations.
Documentation & Proposals: Gather and document requirements to ensure successful implementations; support technical elements of RFI/RFP responses.
Product Feedback
Collaborate with Product Management to provide feedback on new features and ensure alignment with customer needs.
Team Contribution: Share knowledge and experience to support sales goals, including mentorship, recruiting, onboarding, and enablement.
