• As part of 1Password’s Finance Analytics team, you’ll help build trusted financial data foundations and turn complex business data into clear insights for Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations (RevOps). You’ll work across annual recurring revenue (ARR), retention, billing, and subscription metrics while helping create Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled reporting workflows that make decision-making faster and more reliable. Your work will support 1Password’s mission to enable a safe, productive digital future without compromising security. Reporting into the Senior Manager, Financial Data Analytics, this role is remote within the United States and Canada.
• On the Finance team, we’re using AI to drive productivity, scale insight, and deliver better decision-making across 1Password. AI helps us move faster and sharpen our thinking, from summarizing context and pressure-testing assumptions to turning complex inputs into clear executive-level narratives. We bring AI into our work thoughtfully, improving repeatable workflows while staying accountable for the accuracy, confidentiality, and controls behind every output, creating space to focus on judgement, strategic partnership, and meaningful business outcomes.
• • Build and iterate on interactive dashboards in Hex that help stakeholders explore financial and business performance.
• • Contribute to trusted data models that support new pricing approaches, product lines, and evolving business models.
• • Support month-end, quarter-end, and financial reporting cycles by investigating variances, identifying drivers, and explaining why results changed.
• • Partner with Analytics Engineering to productionize reporting sources, improve data quality, and maintain clear metric definitions.
• • Present your work to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Data and Analytics teams.
