We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join us as an early engineering contributor on our Platform team, building core features that use AI to improve health outcomes for patients. You'll report to our Head of Engineering, work on a team of 5–7, and often get to collaborate with our machine learning team.
Responsibilities
- Build features end to end, from Postgres schema and Django backend through to Vue front end
- Design and implement durable, reliable workflows using Temporal
- Build and integrate AI-powered features that surface patient insights for clinicians
- Help shape our architecture, technical direction, and engineering practices as we scale
- Deploy and operate services on Google Cloud
- Collaborate closely with founders and teammates to turn product ideas into shipped software
- Build with security, privacy, and HIPAA compliance in mind as you work with sensitive patient data
- Take ownership of features and problems, not just tickets
