EPAM is seeking an accomplished, visionary director level Business Consulting Principal with a stellar track record of leading large-scale engagements, driving commercial growth, advising C-suite executives, and supporting practice growth. Embedded within our Energy business unit, you leverage your deep expertise in business transformation, operational excellence, and enterprise-wide digital strategy to guide top-tier energy clients through complex industry evolutions.

Responsibilities

Practice & P&L Leadership
Drive the strategic growth, financial performance, and capability expansion of the Energy Business Consulting practice
C-Suite Advisory & Relationship Management
Act as a senior trusted advisor to C-level executives (CEO, COO, CIO, CDO) at global energy enterprises, navigating complex organizational dynamics and steering multi-million-dollar transformation programs
Commercial Growth & Sales Leadership: Spearhead business development initiatives, spearhead strategic proposal development, lead high-stakes oral presentations, and drive account expansion across key energy accounts
Program Governance
Oversee delivery governance across major consulting workstreams, ensuring high client satisfaction, quality execution, risk mitigation, and target value realization
Thought Leadership & Innovation
Champion innovative consulting methodologies, stay ahead of industry trends (such as AI adoption and digital operating models), and represent the firm externally through speaking engagements and publications
