Technical Account Manager Architect - EMEA (Israel)

Responsibilities

• Run a regular cadence with 4 to 8 strategic accounts (weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on the project), plus quarterly health checks and business reviews, on site where it helps
• Lead onboarding, where the decisions that are hardest to reverse get made: schema and data modelling, table engines, ingestion, migration and query design
• Once customers are live, keep performance and cost on track as they grow, and help them onto new use cases
• Work closely with
• Support: own escalations for your accounts, with regular case reviews and a direct line into L3 engineering
• Work with the right people for each piece of work: partner with Solutions Architects on new use cases and proof of concepts, and bring in Consulting Engineers for hands-on projects
• Write it down: documented setup and configuration, knowledge base articles and reference architectures that help other customers too
