We're looking for a Head of AWS Technology to join our team in the Netherlands in a hybrid working mode. This is a senior leadership role that combines technical depth, architectural authority, and commercial responsibility to shape and grow EPAM’s AWS practice.
Responsibilities
- Set the technical vision, architecture standards and engineering practices for the AWS practice
- Lead adoption of AI and GenAI capabilities on AWS, including Bedrock, SageMaker and RAG patterns
- Provide hands-on technical oversight on complex engagements and ensure quality delivery
- Establish and nurture the AWS partnership through competencies, programs and joint go-to-market initiatives
- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing team of AWS architects and engineers
- Drive pre-sales and solution design for major AWS opportunities
- Create thought leadership, reusable assets and propositions that differentiate EPAM in the cloud market
- Ensure alignment between architectural solutions, security standards and client business goals
