We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a focus on Azure technologies. You will play a vital role in data migration, analysis, and visualization to support our clients' needs.
Responsibilities
- Ensure comprehensive and accurate data migration using Azure Data Factory
- Set up report datasets for further custom report development in Power BI to build a custom intelligent analytics layer for the client
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver insights
- Provide data analysis to support customer service agents and enhance the quality of customer service by identifying support trends and common issues
- Ensure availability of complete and accurate customer data
