Quality and Performance Analysis Specialist

Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning works related to the expansion and development of
• RAN and transmission networks
• Submit necessary reports, create databases, ensure data archiving
• Collect documents necessary for sites, implementation, develop and supervise the database based on the collected documents
• Monitor and make proposal for parameters tuning for sites with lower performance.
• Ensure performance monitoring of all Network domains: Core CS/PS, RAN, Trans, VAS, etc)
• Handling customer complaints, analyze and solve, and/or distribute to relevant teams in TD and also in the Company, convince proper feedback
• Analyze the current traffic and coverage quality and edit complaints in regards to the coverage and prepare responds
• Evaluate different activities and incidents in the network
• Collect and prepare various data, submit daily, weekly/monthly quarterly reports.
