We are looking for a Lead Quality Engineer to join our forward-thinking engineering team where you’ll shape high-impact testing strategies and build automation frameworks that accelerate product quality and innovation. Own end-to-end processes and influence technical direction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire testing process and drive continuous improvement
- Define and implement test strategies for automation, performance and manual workflows
- Design, build and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, windows and api platforms
- Execute scripts, analyze results and proactively identify, report and track defects
- Lead performance testing initiatives using tools like jmeter or gatling
- Integrate automated testing into ci/cd pipelines and collaborate across teams
