Responsibilities

Raise the design quality across Ro
Lead through direct contribution, bringing exceptional visual craft, creative direction, and product thinking to some of our highest-impact patient experiences.
Lead the evolution of Ro’s
Design System: Establish its vision and roadmap, evolve its visual language, and partner with
Design Engineering to increase adoption and impact.
Shape how our
Design Systems enable AI-assisted product development
Partner across
Design and Engineering to ensure tools like Claude and Figma Make can leverage Ro’s systems, patterns, and standards to produce higher-quality, on-system work at greater velocity.
