Responsibilities
- Build to scale: Everything they do needs to be scalable. This mindset helps us create the impact needed to drive us forward.
- Lead onboardings from kickoff to go-live; configure and tune our agents for each customer's workflows, document types, and process flows.
- Build Python integrations with customer back-office systems - REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, custom legacy stacks
- Lead architecture and security conversations with customer IT teams - SAML/SSO/mTLS, data flows, privacy controls
- Translate what you see in the field into concrete input for Engineering and Product - your portfolio is our product radar
