We're looking for a Senior Accountant to take ownership of our day-to-day accounting operations and help build a highly effective, highly efficient finance function. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership: you'll manage cash and controls, keep us compliant across every jurisdiction we operate in, run a tight monthly close, and turn our numbers into insight leadership can act on.
Responsibilities
- Cash & Treasury
- Own weekly AR and AP aging reviews, keep DSO trending down and DPO disciplined, and manage the dunning and vendor payment cadences.
- Maintain strong cash controls, including dual approvals on all disbursements, card-level spend limits, and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Deliver a weekly cash report that answers, at a glance, how much cash we have and what moved it.
- Run periodic reviews of banking fees and idle cash placement to improve yield without compromising liquidity.
- Tax & Compliance
- Own filing accuracy and timeliness across federal, state, sales tax, and international obligations.
- Manage equity administration end-to-end, including 409A cadence, grant bookings, cap table reconciliation, and monthly stock compensation expense.
- Ensure accurate, on-time payroll across all payroll/PEO providers and support the annual compensation review cycle.
