Data Analyst, Reporting

Responsibilities

• The Data Analyst will drive business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers. This role will collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to drive insights into business performance. The role will partner with internal stakeholders to produce actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement in current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.
• - Collaborate to build intuitive data visualizations that offer deep and actionable insights against complex and dynamic business challenges in the Fintech space
• - Expected to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence tools
• - Partner with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommend data-driven improvements to operations
• This role will support seasoned peers and management on difficult to complex data and reporting projects. The individual will develop professional expertise within the role and be able to apply MeridianLink policies and procedures to resolve a variety of subject area-related issues.
• - Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions
