We are searching for a Salesforce Product Owner / Product Manager to support business and technology initiatives across Salesforce and related commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) platforms. This role requires hands-on Salesforce experience, product ownership/product management capabilities, client partnership skills, and a consulting mindset.
Responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner / Product Manager for Salesforce and adjacent COTS initiatives
- Partner with client stakeholders and define priorities, roadmap, backlog items, and delivery expectations
- Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Own and maintain the product backlog
- Support discovery, planning, demos, releases, and adoption activities
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, BAs, and business teams
- Apply practical Salesforce knowledge across configuration, customization, integrations, automation, reporting, and UX
- Evaluate alignment between Salesforce and COTS platforms
- Identify risks, dependencies, and business impacts
- Serve as a trusted client advisor
