We're seeking a Lead Business Analyst to help modernize and standardize the IT and OT infrastructure across power production sites in Greece, advancing digital transformation while promoting effective collaboration between stakeholders. This position requires readiness for business trips across Greece.
Responsibilities
- Help finalize the rollout of IT services to production sites
- Perform in-depth comparison of existing IT and OT applications
- Unify technology stack and solutions throughout all sites
- Identify opportunities and assist with cloud migration and modernization of chosen applications
- Deliver in-person training sessions for end users
- Work with stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment on project objectives
- Lead transformation efforts to boost productivity, enhance security, and optimize costs within a fast-moving environment
- Travel throughout Greece to lead discovery sessions
