Senior Marketing System Integrations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain system integrations supporting Global Marketing Operations initiatives
• Personally build and support event-driven integration flows (e.g. webhooks, asynchronous processing)
• Ensure reliable and consistent data synchronization across interconnected systems
• Own integrations end to end, from initial design through production support and troubleshooting
• Monitor integration health, identify failures or data inconsistencies, and resolve issues proactively
• Maintain and evolve integration logic as business processes and requirements change
• Collaborate with product, operations, and technical stakeholders to align integration behavior with business needs
• Document integration flows, assumptions, and operational guidelines to ensure long-term maintainability
• Apply best practices for stability, scalability, and error handling in integration design
• Provide limited advisory input on applying established integration patterns to adjacent streams when needed
