Lead JavaScript Automation Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a tester group, offering clear direction across testing efforts
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to collect and evaluate requirements
• Write detailed test plans, test cases, and testing strategies covering key scenarios
• Schedule and prioritize testing tasks to ensure full and efficient coverage
• Implement and execute automated test scripts using advanced tooling
• Report defects, communicate impact, and verify fixes through to completion
• Define quality benchmarks and ensure the team follows established best practices
• Track QA metrics and use insights to improve testing processes continuously
• Maintain awareness of new tools, technology shifts, and evolving testing practices
• Add meaningful contributions to QA meetings and testing-focused initiatives
