Responsibilities

Create detailed cost segregation reports, including preliminary research, file review, and confirming engagement agreements
Conductcomprehensiveremotepropertyassessments,reviewingdocumentationofbuildingassetsandcommonareas
Enter building assets into spreadsheets, write property descriptions, and produce complete reports in Word
Work with management to review reports for accuracy and communicate with clients
Collectandanalyzeclientpropertydata,reviewsupportingdocumentation,andcarryoutmulti-stepassessmentprocessesremotely
Keep clear, proactive communication with the sales team and clients, and resolve issues promptly
Solve unique project challenges while keeping a high level of accuracy and detail
Take part in staff meetings, technical sessions, and training opportunities
