Responsibilities

Design and build our AI agents and workflows, and the platform underneath them
Design the APIs, schemas and data pipelines the agents depend on
Build for reliability and latency live agents demand
Extend our multi-deployment architecture so a new client ships without forking the core
Find the bottlenecks and scale the system as call volume and data complexity grow
Drive technical decisions on infrastructure and practices, and mentor the engineers around you.
