Marketing Automation Manager - Canada, Spain, India

Responsibilities

• Build and send list emails and sequences in Pardot and Knak: webinar invites and follow ups, quarterly enterprise and marketer sequences, review asks, partner and event emails.
• Build and run the nurture programs in Engagement Studio (welcome, post webinar, gated content, re-engagement), each by segment and lifecycle stage, and rebuild them as results come in.
• Set up webinars end to end: registration form, Zuddl to Pardot sync, campaign IDs, reminders and follow up.
• Build form handlers, autoresponders and landing page forms on the Storyblok website.
• Administer Pardot and its Salesforce sync: users, connectors, field mapping, campaign member status.
• Own the links between Pardot, Salesforce, the website, Zuddl, Knak, Meta and Google Ads, and keep them documented.
• Lead flow, scoring and routing operations
• Own lead scoring and grading, reviewed each quarter against what converts.
• Own lifecycle stages (MQL, SAL, SQL) and the handoff rules to BDRs and AEs.
• Own the sync between the warehouse, Pardot and Salesforce in both directions: enrichment and usage in, campaign results out.
