We're looking for a Senior Performance Test Engineer to join our team in Madrid, Spain in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will design, implement and execute performance testing and synthetic monitoring solutions, ensuring system scalability, stability and reliability for business-critical applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and execute performance and load tests for enterprise-grade applications and services
- Implement and maintain synthetic monitoring solutions to evaluate system availability and user experience
- Analyze performance test results and produce clear reports with optimization recommendations
- Review performance and monitoring code in Java, JavaScript or TypeScript for compliance with standards
- Act as a trusted advisor in defining performance testing strategies and monitoring best practices
- Identify performance bottlenecks across applications, APIs and infrastructure, recommending improvements
- Enhance test environments, automation frameworks and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing
- Ensure test assets and processes remain scalable, maintainable and aligned with SDLC quality practices
