Senior/Lead Python Developer specializing in AI engineering

Responsibilities

• Build Agentic Workflows
• Design and implement AI-powered agents using modern frameworks and Python to handle triage, categorization, and decision support for natural-language exceptions and vendor-submitted issues
• Automate & Classify
• Develop sophisticated natural language matching, classification logic, and LLM-powered applications (such as RAG pipelines and intelligent automation) to identify and resolve data quality and reporting anomalies
• Bridge Business & AI
• Collaborate closely with Regulatory Operations (Reg Ops) and business stakeholders to map out current workflows, identify cognitive bottlenecks, and translate them into technical automation
• Prototype to Production: Take ideas from initial Proof of Concept (PoC) all the way to robust, scalable production-ready LLM applications, integrating them with existing Python applications, APIs, and data platforms
• Shape the Future Roadmap
• Support long-term initiatives including rule-text interpretation, sourcing/transformation logic, and automated code-generation
• Full-Cycle Engineering & Integration: Participate in full-cycle application development—designing, implementing, testing, and launching Python solutions (using FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and React) and integrating with other clients' systems
