Senior Forward Deployed Engineer - Public Sector

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment
• Lead the technical implementation of Tines’ platform within complex enterprise environments. Integrating with existing systems, configuring for customer-specific workflows and ensuring a fast, smooth path to deliverable outcomes.
• Drive adoption across the organisation: Proactively support and train users and stakeholders in the customer at every level from hands-on technical teams to business leaders ensuring the platform is understood actively used and maximized.
• Identify and develop new use cases: Through deep familiarity with each customer's business, continuously surface new opportunities where Tines’ platform can create additional value expanding adoption across teams, workflows, and business units.
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Build lasting partnerships at every level of the organisation, from daily users to executive sponsors with a focus on long-term retention and growth.
