Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Carrying out functional, regression, integration and other necessary testing of IT systems.
• Testing REST APIs and checking the compliance of systems' performance with the defined requirements.
• Creating, executing and updating test scenarios and test cases.
• Detecting, logging, documenting and monitoring the elimination process of defects (bugs).
• Transferring information on identified issues to the development team and cooperating in their resolution.
• Within the maintenance of operating IT systems, answering hotline calls, clarifying users' questions and providing necessary consultation.
• Registering, analysing and resolving IT system user requests and issues, or forwarding them to the relevant specialist, as well as monitoring the resolution process of requests.
