• You'll join one of our cross-functional squads — working alongside a Product Manager, a Designer, Front-End, Back-End and QA Engineers — building the world's best Employer of Record platform. • Develop automated tests for both new features and regression scenarios
• Conduct functional, integration and regression testing to validate application functionality against requirements, with manual testing as needed
• Triage and report defects accurately, tracking them from discovery through to resolution
• Monitor and help reduce the ratio of end-user found vs QA found defects
• Keep QA impact on release schedule to a minimum
• Use AI tools to accelerate test generation, while developing the judgment to review and validate generated tests
• Contribute to requirements review by bringing a QA perspective
