As the Solution Architect Lead for Managed Services, you will be responsible for shaping the long-term evolution of our customers' Microsoft business application landscape after go-live. Rather than focusing on project delivery, your role is centered on continuous improvement, platform optimization, strategic advisory and technology roadmap development for enterprise customers running Dynamics 365 and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- You will work closely with customer stakeholders and HSO delivery teams to drive health assessments, roadmap alignment, release readiness, architecture reviews, and strategic improvement initiatives that maximize long-term business value. This role is best suited for an individual with a proven track record as a
- Lead Solution Architect on complex, international Dynamics 365 programs and enterprise transformations.
