Responsibilities

• THIS POSITION WILL SUPPORT SEVERAL GRANT FUNDED PROJECTS WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHIATRY. THIS POSITION WILL ONLY LAST AS LONG AS THE FUNDING FOR THE GRANTS, IT IS NOT A PERMANENT POSITION.
• The Project Consultant leads and supports strategic planning, system implementation, and process improvement initiatives across the organization. Provides subject matter expertise, consulting services, and project leadership to improve operational efficiency, support system acquisition, and advance organizational goals.The Project Consultant
• Leads system planning, design, and implementation activities, including system acquisition and integration projects.
• Serves as a subject matter expert in healthcare practice and information systems, supporting knowledge development and dissemination.
• Participates in grant acquisition and supports research and development initiatives.
• Develops standards, methodologies, and best practices for departmental use.
• Leads and supports strategic projects and organizational initiatives.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to team members and supports professional development.
• Promotes service excellence and supports organizational mission, vision, and values.
