Security Service Delivery Manager / Program Manager (Product Security)

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery Governance
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of the Security Service, managing client communication, expectations, and reporting across multiple director areas and numerous stakeholders
• Operational Leadership: Run outcome-based setups with a strong commitment to timelines, quality, and budget, ensuring seamless collaboration between on-site and offshore team members
• Stakeholder &
• Partner Engagement: Work directly with Senior Cybersecurity and Product Management leadership to align security targets, identify customer needs, and govern project delivery across the board
• Proactive Problem-Solving & Escalation Management: Navigate complex organizational landscapes, handle critical delivery challenges constructively, and guide both the team and client stakeholders toward decisive, high-impact resolutions
• Consultancy & Enablement: Foster a strong consultancy mindset within the team, establishing proper service communication flows and helping product teams adopt robust software security practices
• Team Development
• Build a high-performing, collaborative team environment and participate in mentoring and talent development initiatives
