Senior Consultant - Data Management & Governance

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise-wide Data & AI Governance strategy discussions and build trusted advisor relationships with client executives (CDO, CIO, CDAO, Risk Officers)
• Define and implement AI Governance frameworks aligned to regulatory and business requirements
• Conduct Data Management & Governance assessments to establish maturity roadmaps and execution plans
• Design federated governance operating models with councils, stewardship networks and RACI structures
• Advise clients on GenAI risk mitigation including data leakage, IP exposure, hallucination risk and compliant use of large language models
• Support regulatory readiness, audit preparation and evidence documentation aligned with the EU AI Act and industry-specific regulations
• Deliver end-to-end consulting services from strategy ideation, ROI/business case development and MVP definition to enterprise rollout
• Enable organizations through Data and AI literacy programs and drive change management initiatives
• Lead client workshops to discover priorities, assess capabilities and define operational readiness
• Contribute to business development through proposals, SOWs and delivery of executive presentations
