- Own, manage, and communicate the operational relationship with assigned clients undergoing migrations, including the creation, implementation, and tracking of relationship roadmaps focused on successful migration and ongoing Snowflake utilization.
- Manage key migration projects by communicating effectively with project team members, management, and project stakeholders on status, issues, risks, and project goals and objectives through clear project documentation, meetings, and any required follow-ups.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Snowflake’s migration tools and offerings.
