Sr Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for our cross-product platform services capabilities and features; aligning with overall business goals and regulatory requirements, developed in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Shared Services Management: Proactively engage with internal development teams to identify, prioritize, and define the development of reusable components, libraries, and patterns that promote consistency, efficiency, and compliance across our products, acting as a key partner in their development workflows.
• Collaboration & Communication: Foster strong working relationships and effectively communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders across engineering, design, legal, compliance, and executive teams, actively soliciting feedback and incorporating it into the product development process.
• Internal Customer Engagement
• Build empathy for our internal development teams, understanding their pain points and needs related to application development and translating these insights into the roadmap. Leverage strong relationships to advocate for best practices and define success through adoption.
