We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of operational intelligence solutions, leveraging your expertise in CRIBL and Splunk to drive efficiency and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain operational intelligence solutions using CRIBL and Splunk technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze operational data for actionable insights
- Develop and implement system monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure system stability and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to operational intelligence solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation for operational intelligence systems and processes
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in operational intelligence solutions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for operational intelligence
