Compliance Officer

Responsibilities

• Identification, assessment, management of risks, related to general legal and supervisory requirements and ensuring their compliance with the bank’s activity; and ensuring appropriate circulation,
• Ensuring existence of proper policy, processes and oversight mechanisms in the main areas of legal, supervisory and ethical responsibilities, and implementation of proper monitoring,
• Ensuring the circulation of information on all new legislative acts and their implementation by technical means in the manner prescribed by the bank,
• Preparing responses to letters received from the CB of Armenia, developing an action plan if necessary and/or describing the steps taken by the bank,
• Ensuring FATCA process management and related compliance procedures at the bank,
