Data & AI Strategy Consultant

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior executives to translate corporate strategy into actionable Data & AI strategies and roadmaps
• Identify and prioritize high-value use cases, capabilities and portfolio bets aligned to business outcomes
• Build business cases and value frameworks, quantifying benefits, investments and sequencing
• Define target states for Data, AI, operating models, governance and ways of working
• Shape operating models including decision rights, funding models and portfolio governance
• Lead change and adoption strategies to embed Data & AI into business decision-making
• Mobilize and steer complex Data & AI programs ensuring alignment between strategy, funding and delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Business, Product, Engineering and Operations
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, framing trade-offs and providing clear recommendations
• Mentor and lead consultants, ensuring quality of thinking and delivery
