We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Financials Principal Consultant to join our Financials practice. This individual will serve as a senior leader on client engagements, providing strategic guidance, driving solution design, and ensuring successful delivery of Workday Financials implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead Workday Financials implementations and optimization projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
- Partner with client executives and stakeholders to define requirements, translate business needs into Workday solutions, and advise on best practices
- Provide hands-on expertise in one or more Workday Financials modules (e.g., Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Grants, Inventory, or Business Assets)
- Oversee solution design sessions and guide the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Financials
- Mentor and develop consultants within the Financials practice, fostering knowledge growth and skill development
- Collaborate with other practice leads (HCM, Adaptive Planning, Student, Extend, etc.) to deliver integrated Workday solutions
- Contribute to practice development by refining methodologies, creating accelerators, and sharing expertise across the organization
- Support pre-sales activities, including scoping, solutioning, and client presentations
